FormOn is a performance nutrition app. It works out your daily calorie and macro targets from your height, weight, age and activity level, and tracks your meals, your water, your weigh-ins and your training. It is not a diet app. It tells you what you need to eat for the goal you set.
Yes. You are not asked for your name, your email or your phone number. When you use it without an account your data stays on your device only, and does not move with you when you change phone.
Profile, Settings, Export your data. Every record on your device becomes a single readable file.
Profile, Settings, Delete account. All data on the device is permanently deleted, and if you have an account the copy on the server goes too. This cannot be undone.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. iPhone Settings, your name at the top, Subscriptions. When you cancel, Premium features stay open until the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests are decided by Apple. The full steps are on the Cancellation Policy page.
Use Restore purchases on the Packs screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account. A subscription can be linked to only ONE FormOn account. A subscription already used on another account cannot be transferred to a second one.
Health access is only ever granted by you, and what is read does not leave your device. You can withdraw the permission at any time from iOS Settings, Health. The app writes back to Health only the records you entered yourself.
The target is calculated from your height, weight, age, sex and activity level. If those fields in your profile are missing or out of date, the target drifts with them. Update your profile first. If it still looks wrong, write to us with how the number came out and we will look at it too.
Write to us with the line you saw as wrong in the catalogue and we will fix it. The name of the food and the value you saw is enough.
FormOn is not a medical device and cannot be used for diagnosis or treatment. The targets it calculates come from general formulas. Talk to your doctor about decisions concerning your health. FormOn is not designed for anyone under 16.
