1. Agreement

By using FormOn you accept these terms. The app is provided by Erbeon Ltd. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app.
Creating one asks for your name, your email address and a password. Keeping your sign-in details safe is your responsibility.
You must be at least 16 to create an account.
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time (Profile > Settings > Delete account).

3. Responsibility for your data

Your records are held both on your device and on the server, tied to your account. When you change device, or delete and reinstall the app, signing in with the same account brings your data back.

Deleting your account is permanent. Deleted data cannot be recovered and we keep no copy of it.

4. Accuracy of nutrition data

The food catalogue, label reading and photo meal analysis can all contain errors. Checking the values you see is your responsibility.
Label reading is an aid and does not replace the official nutrition declaration.
Allergy and intolerance warnings are based on what you declared and are not a full guarantee. If you have a serious allergy, always read the product's own label.

Not medical advice

FormOn is not a health product and does not replace a doctor, a dietitian or any other health professional. The targets it calculates come from general formulas and know nothing about your medical situation.

If you have an illness, an allergy, are pregnant, take medication, or are about to make a significant change to your diet, talk to your doctor first. In a medical emergency call a health service, not this app.

5. AI features

AI is used in photo meal analysis, nutrition label reading and recipe generation. AI can be wrong. The text it produces is for information and is not medical advice. These features are subject to fair use limits.

Calorie and macro numbers do not come from AI, they come from our own nutrition database. When an item has no match in the database we do not write a number, we flag that line for you to check.

6. Paid features

Adding meals by hand, coach notes, competition, the Apple Health connection and weigh-in history are free.
Photo meal analysis, recipe generation, barcode and label reading, and the weekly report are unlocked by a FormOn Premium subscription.
Purchases are made through the App Store. The amount shown on the purchase screen is charged to the payment method registered to your Apple Account. We never see your card details.
The subscription is bought monthly or yearly and renews automatically. Unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, it repeats for the same term.
Additional photo and recipe packs are one-off purchases. They do not renew and they run out as you use them.
You cancel from your Apple Account settings. Step by step instructions are on the Cancellation Policy page.

7. Unacceptable use

Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or distribute the app without permission.
Sending automated or excessive requests to our servers, or attempting to disrupt the service.
Accessing someone else's account without permission, or registering in someone else's name.

8. Content and rights

The design, the text, the nutrition database and the software of the app belong to Erbeon Ltd. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use them for personal use.

The data you enter into the app belongs to you. How we process it is set out on the Privacy Policy page.

9. Continuity of service

We may change, add or remove features in order to improve the service. We do not undertake that it will be free of interruption.

10. Limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of it. This limit does not remove the statutory rights you hold as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When a change is significant we tell you inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The rights that consumers resident in Turkey hold under their own consumer legislation are reserved.
