FormOn is developed by Erbeon Ltd. FormOn Premium is an automatically renewing subscription. You can cancel it whenever you like and you do not need anyone's permission to do so.
We cannot cancel it for you
Because every purchase runs through the Apple App Store, the subscription is tied to your Apple Account. Only you can cancel it, from your own device. Deleting your account in the app does not cancel the subscription.
Step 1 Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
Step 2 Go into Subscriptions.
Step 3 Pick the FormOn subscription from the list.
Step 4 Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Apple charges the renewal roughly 24 hours before the period ends. If you do not want to pay for the next period, you need to cancel at least 24 hours before the current one ends.
The same rule applies during a trial. If you do not cancel 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts as a paid one.
Refund requests are also decided by Apple, not by us. You can submit yours at reportaproblem.apple.com by signing in with your Apple Account.
Apple decides on refunds according to its own policy. We cannot influence the outcome, but if you get stuck in the process we will try to help.
Additional photo and recipe packs are one-off purchases. They are not subscriptions, they do not renew and there is nothing in them to cancel. A refund request for unused credits also goes through Apple.
Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account. Sign in on the new device with the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases in the app, and your Premium access comes back.
