On the sign-in screen tap password reset and enter your account’s email address. The link you receive is valid for 60 minutes. The coach panel sign-in page has the same link.

The code is sent through Google’s mail service and can take a few minutes. Check your spam folder. If it still has not arrived, tap resend on the screen.

There are three ways. Share your invite code and the match waits for your approval once the athlete enters it. Send the athlete an email. Or create the athlete yourself without an account; if the athlete joins later with a code, they take over the same record.

Enter your coach’s invite code in the app or open the link your coach shared. The connection is made once the coach approves it.

The panel address is shown on the Account screen of the coach account in the app. Sign in with the same email and password. The panel and the app show the same data.

Two separate permissions are needed. Read access in the phone’s Health app, and a permission given to that coach inside FitOn. The second one is separate for every specialist.

Athletes get their nutrition, training, measurement and photo inventory as a single file from the My data screen, without the coach’s approval. Coaches can export income and expenses from the panel as CSV.
