Delete my account

This cannot be undone. Once the account is deleted you cannot sign in and cannot reach your records.

Where to delete it

Athletes tap Delete my account on the Profile screen in the app.
Coaches tap Delete my account on the Account screen in the app.
The screen lists what will happen and asks for a final confirmation.

If you have a paid membership, cancel it first from Ödeme ve faturalar (Payments and invoices) on the Üyelik (Membership) page of the coach panel. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription by itself.

Download your data first

You can export your nutrition, workout, measurement and photo inventory as a single file. No coach approval is needed. From the My data screen on the athlete side.

What happens when you delete

You can no longer sign in and all open sessions are closed.
Your password is deleted.
Your email address is released. You can open a new account with the same address, but it will not carry the old account’s data.
The action is logged. Your name and email are written to the archive and can no longer be used to sign in.

For coaches, also

Your connections to your athletes close. From that moment you cannot see their records, and those records stay with them.
If you own the studio, ownership passes to the longest serving coach on the team. The studio is not closed.
If no other coach is left and the studio has no sessions, rooms or expense records, the empty studio is deleted as well.
Your open invite codes are cancelled. Nobody can join the studio or join you with them.
Sessions, packages and finance records you wrote stay with the business. Your name remains visible on those past records, because they are the business’s books.

For athletes, also

Your connections to your coaches close. From that moment no coach can see your records, measurements or photos.
Your health and photo permissions end with those connections.
The meals, workouts and measurements you entered become unreachable. Downloading them first is recommended.

Permanent deletion

This action marks your records as deleted, it does not destroy them at the same moment. Write to destek@erbeon.com if you want permanent deletion.

If you cannot open the app, write to the same address from your account’s email address and we will verify the request from there.
